The AppLocum Compliance Team are committed to making the recruitment process quick and simple so that our Locums can start work in the fastest possible time.
Prior to working as an approved Locum for AppLocum, you are required to provide the following:
Up to date CV & details of referees worked within the last 12 months
Evidence of identity and eligibility to work in the UK
Evidence of GMC licence & primary medical qualifications
2 proofs of address from the past 3 months in order to complete a DBS
Evidence of BLS training within the last 12 months
Evidence of immunity/immunisation to Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, TB, Heb B and for those undertaking exposure-prone procedures Hep B surface antigen, Hep C antibodies and HIV 1 & 2
Safeguarding Adults/Safeguarding children level 3
The Compliance Team will contact you to help you gather the above mandatory documentation throughout the registration process, and they will then remain in regular contact with you on an ongoing basis to ensure that your personnel file is kept up to date and accurate.
