You can change your password via the online portal, this cannot be done via the app. Simply log out and click “forgot password” in order to be redirected to the site.

If you log into your AppLocum app, you can track your AppLoyalty points from the shifts you have worked.
Just login to the secure AppLocum app, go to settings, then bank details to update your details where appropriate. We encourage all locums to keep their bank details up to date to ensure you get paid correctly and as quickly as possible.
We pay the working week after your shift!
Within the settings section, you will find the “Job preferences” tab – within this you are able to select available dates, travel distance preference and surgery type. Once completed this will be saved and applied to your job searches so only the most relevant ones will show on your job search.

You can amend your time sheet to make it correct at any time before it gets signed off by the client. The client will be notified of the amended times and sign this off.
All of your booked jobs are saved within the app in the “my jobs” section. You will see them saved within the “booked” tab.
All the information needed is within the job spec found in the available jobs section. However, if you find you require further information you can contact our friendly advisors at any point.
The client will send a job request through to you directly. Simply accept the job request for the timesheets and relevant details to be generated.
IR35 is legislation released by the HMRC to essentially stop tax avoidance via company or partnership. If you fall within IR35, your earnings are subject to PAYE and the appropriate deductions for income tax and National Insurance will be taken.
Within the app there is the ability to instant message all of our departments from the “message” section located on your dashboard. Here you can contact; Accounts, Bookings, Recruitment, Compliance and Administration.

Simply go on to the job you have requested and booked and click cancel, this will then go through to the surgery.
Go to the booked jobs section – cancel your shift. Ensure you inform the recruiter of your absence via the message function.
Go to your applied jobs section, and simply click negotiate rate. Once completed this will go to the clinic for consideration.
Go to the available jobs section. All relevant listings will be ready for you to apply for.
General, Invoice & Contract (1)
To lodge any issues you may have with timesheets, go to the “my jobs” then head to “booked” – select the job you have had an issue with and simply request a call back. You will be taken to a message page where you can express the issue you are facing and this will go to the accounts team who will deal with the issue appropriately.
